I've never been to Seven Islands, alt...Oh dear. I've never been to Seven Islands, although it was a consideration when my local pool was closed. I'm glad I didn't, and thanks for swimming there so I don't have to!<br /><br />It sounds very much like the pool I grew up using, same era, same deep end (originally designed for diving, there were three boards at different heights, I never made it to the top one) and same list of don'ts. Not only Rotherhithians who need these kind of rules! Ours was a big plastic sign with cartoon characters acting out about a dozen things you weren't allowed to do, starting with no running and no dive-bombing and ending with no smoking and no petting.<br /><br />Maybe I should go to Seven Islands for the nostalgia factor.
